Wow!! I can't believe the response I got from The Garden 1!! Thanks everyone!!

backstory: well, i suck at drawing those nice pretty flowy romantic dresses, so The Garden series is basically me taking up a personal challenge

ive had this image of a gown with a super high couture ruffly neck stuck in my head, so for this look i wanted to incorporate that, but still have the dress be very romantic looking (but with an edge. details: lace sleeves with buckles!! about a thousand ruffles.

and yes, it is a bit overkill, but that's coz im not very good :/

i love feedback, so please comment!! (though please be nice, i dont take negativity well aka cry in a corner)

I love it

The shift from the sleek top to the flowy skirt is great because it's gradual- you didn't go from a slim top to a giant poof right away and it fades to a lighter lavender by the time it reaches the floor, it looks more natural and a bit edgier than the average ruffly gown. The sleeves are a nice touch too, very cool. ^_^
